齐吉琳

个人简介

齐吉琳,男,1969年出生,北京建筑大学土木与工程学院教授,主要从事寒区岩土工程和特殊土力学教学和科研工作。主持省部级以上科研项目10余项,在国内外学术期刊发表论文120余篇。
